A compact 359 sq ft studio within the newly rebuilt John Nash Park Crescent development in Regent’s Park, transformed into a highly considered London pied-à-terre. Working within a modest footprint, the studio focused on creating a greater sense of space, depth and architectural presence.
Mirrors and internal glazing extend sightlines and allow natural light to travel through the apartment, while wraparound window dressings and a graphic parquet floor emphasise the rhythm of the architecture. Bespoke cabinetry with metal detailing provides carefully integrated storage without overwhelming the space.
A refined palette of warm woods, soft leather and polished marble-effect porcelain brings tactility and depth to the interior. Sculptural furniture, considered lighting and bespoke detailing introduce moments of contrast, creating a compact home that feels layered, sophisticated and quietly expressive.
